Question 1

How do I send you a news tip?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp or use the form on our Contact page. Tell us what happened, where and when, and attach any photos or video. An editor reads every tip.

Question 2

How can I advertise with you?

Accepted Answer

Use the "Advertise with us" section of our Contact page and tell us about your brand, audience and budget. We will send our current ad placements. Advertising is always labelled and never changes what our reporters write.

Question 3

How do I get your stories by email?

Accepted Answer

Enter your email in the newsletter box at the bottom of any page. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Question 4

What happens when you get something wrong?

Accepted Answer

We correct it as soon as we can confirm the error, and we say so in a note at the end of the article explaining what changed. If you spot a mistake, tell us through the Contact page.

Question 5

Can I republish your articles?

Accepted Answer

Please ask us first through the Contact page. Quoting a short passage with a link back to the original article is always welcome.
